Net 10 Hotspot

The Net Ten Hotspot sorks very well.  I purchased one last fall along with the insurance. the device failed in April.  I returned it to Net ten since it was still under their warranty.  It took them three months to complete the transaction.  they did not have any hotspots in stock and rather tan refund me the oney for the hotspot, they had me wait.  I had to purchase another through a national carrier for my summer travels.  They sent the new device in august.  I started the request in April.  HSN was great in trying to hep, ut htheir hands were tied..  vuyre beware, Net Ten service is extremely poor.  Everyone you speak to is in the Phillipines and they refuse to transfer you to the Miami office.
