Need Help for Setting Up ZTE Tracfone "Flip Phone"

I bought the “ZTE Flip Phone Cymbal T LTE Tracfone” just before Christmas for myself. I am a senior, who could just never get the hang of the “Touch Smart Phones”. I’m really excited to get this phone; I’m hoping it will be much simpler. I have a few Questions; I’m hoping someone can help. How long should I initially charge up the battery for the 1st time, so that it will be fully charged – but NOT overcharged? Secondly, some places I’ve read that the phone takes up to a Micro 32GB SD card, and other places it says to use a Micro SD/HC card. I don’t know the difference. Any help there? Also, do I install the Micro Card before I charge the battery for the 1st time, or wait until after the phone is charged? Any help would be much appreciated! It may be best for you to call Tracfone directly and ask them your questions, especially since no one from HSN.com has replied since your post of 3 weeks ago, but tracfone reps would know and help you, so call them and good luck!

I believe she/Muriel is his ex-fiance/partner. She is not new and has been a part of his life for many years.
