Marseille upconverting 4k cable
If anyone is familiar with these, have any suggestions? Time is running short on returning this cable but I thought I would ask here in case anyone has suggestions.
Been using this cord with my Samsung 4k smart TV and my U-Verse cable box. The picture is fine and we’re pleased with that, we have another problem. For whatever reason, we randomly have no sound when using this cable. We try unplugging and replugging, restarting ng the U-Verse and the TV. It’s driving us nuts. We should not have to do all this work in order to hear our TV.
We know it’s the cord, because the sound is fine with all the smart TV apps IE Netflix, Amazon … Etc. And the DVD player is fine. The only issue we have is with the U-Verse, which is the only thing connected with the Marseille cable. Tonight, after fiddling with disconnecting/ reconnecting we have up and reconnected the HDMI cable that came with the tv. Unless there’s a solution we are unaware of, then the cord will go back tomorrow and we will pray it makes it in time before next Tuesday.
