Anyone know where to go online to get some information re features of this phone? I prefer not to call – takes too long. I can’t import my “notes” from Alcatel so I am creating a new. However, I can’t talk the notes, I have to type them! Not liking that. I can’t bring down the option to talk. Seems not available. Also miss the mic on the keyboard. Handier than swiping down the screne.

HSN should have the specs. on the phone.

Did you look at HSN website? Also your phone has “setting” it should help you understand you specific phone.

Go to the web address.

if you click the gear icon at the left of the space bar you can select the Microphone and talk your message. you can also do the same thing to send text messages.
If you go to tracfone you can download the manual for the phone and it tells you all about the phone and how do do things on it.
