I feel I was ripped off on this computer. HSN made it out to be the best thing since what ever. I am not that into comp. so when I ordered it I was unaware it only had a 1.9 url what ever that is which makes it slow and lock up all the time and only 2 GB of memory. Its worthless Thanks HSN

I have a lenovo desktop which runs quite fast. Sometimes it is not the computer that is slow but rather your connection to WiFi or broadband. You will need to check with your company to see what the speed is.

I have never had a purchase that I have return to HSN. I find the quality of produts to very good. If you are able to get assistance with your new purchase I am sure you will find happiness in the end. :catsurprised:
