Oh yeah! I know Andrew’s products are top notch, and since you can open his capsules, I just sprinkle the HHS&N, Glucosamine etc. on my dog’s food. The HHS&N has a good dose of MSM which is in good joint products. My Sam just turned 11, and like with people you often can tell if something is making a difference when you run out as I’ve seen with Sam and his joints. Only the best for Sam the Man ??

Hi , if you’d like to return the guitar and amp package, we would be happy to replace it with our 30 day in-home return program. However, at this time only the “Gray Heat” option is available. Let me know if this will work for you and I’ll set up the replacement and waive the return fee.

Ok, I called the vendor as advised. They will replace the amp and agree that there is something not right. They will send a replacement as soon as they receive my return. It better not take long… I am pleased they are doing that, do not get me wrong. but, this should not happen in the first place. Drive the quality back to the vendor. I have many years experience working with Asian vendors, they will put out the quality you expect. So expect more!

Jackiet6, no I did not try that. I was aware of that possibility though. On line I found a process to follow that shows how to isolate noise issues related to electric guitars/amps/cables etc. By following that, I was able to isolate my problem to the amp itself. I will upgrade the cable once I get the replacement amp, but I do not want to change anything else Until then.

I obtained a borrowed amp to try try, so I could confirm for sure that the amp that came with my package was defective. With the new amp, the guitar sounds perfect, no hiss, no static, just a clean guitar sound. So, replacing it is the correct thing to do.

yes call hsn  or send the whole package back like i did the amp i had did the same thing plus the guitar light where you put the battery was  defective   and my rawgrain    was plain grain  no design in it  so i bought the  electric for 199.00   FAR BETTER everthing is perfect    the first packack was not packaged properly  the guitar was not secured or covered not wrapped    i also brough randys  electric cholate diamond  OUTSTANDING     and tell HSN you would like to have a prepaid lable so you can send it back

winner611, I have the solid body body full electric, not the acoustical electric. Very pleased with it other than the amp issue.  I did not like the looks of the acoustical electric. Not sure why HsN cannot keep reviews of the different types separate. Would be much easier to make sense of the reviews.

Hey Goudax3   I hope you decided to return the whole package  and let Hsn give you a whole new guitar set  before they sell out  i receive  tuesday  both  guitars     i made a good choice    I have the   Grey Heat  I dont Know What color you have   is that why  you wanted to just returned the amp.                                                        

Winner611, I have the raw grain solid body elec. it is what I wanted. If you read my other posts you will see how I determine it was the amp. I had a hard time getting that color and do not want to go through the exchange process since they no longer have that finish. Had they not worked with with me on the amp issue, I may have done something else.

Thought I would sum this up…. HSN and Ingenius Designs have gone out of their way to resolve this issue. When one considers the package as a whole and what you paid, I do believe that the package is an excellent value and would recommend it to anyone. I appreciate the effort put forward by all involved.
