instructions for transfering minutes and activating tracfone

Hi-

i bought the galaxy sky tracfone to replace another tracfone i am currently using.  i would like to transfer minutes, hours, and phone number from old phone to galaxy sky, activate sky, and add hsn promotional minutes. The procedure has changed since i last did this.  Does anyone know what the step by step procedure is? Who do i call first- hsn or tracfone? thanks
