Inappripriate Customer Service
I must say that I truly have a problem with customer picks. It does appear that there is no room for the exception to the rule. First the computer is very nice and I have no problem with it. The customer service for problems that arrive is extremely negative.
First, they do not return calls in a timely manner; sometimes they don’t call me the consumer customer back at all. CRM is very bad. Since I still work for a very large company I took it to work to get some problems solved.
The extras are not helpful to me, as I need software that can be used in business. I don’t do the pictures, games, and all the other useless stuff that some people have on their computers.
Please note no value judgement. In the office, I use windows seven, because most large companies have not decided to upgrade to windows 2016, The problem with the customer service, I google pivot tables and for some reasons malware got on the computer.
The service required me to purchase malware removal for $375.00. So now I am not a happy person.

This has nothing to do with the OP’s problem but when I saw her heading, I felt it would be the heading I would use for my complaint. I bought an item and I think I had it a week or 2 and it dropped $10 in price. I called HSN and asked to speak to customer service because I needed a price adjustment . Well, whoever I spoke to said to me in a snotty manner, “We don’t give price adjustments and customer service is busy.” I told her HSN most certainly does gives price adjustments in that time period and she told me she would talk to her manager. After waiting , she comes on and tells me she’ll connect me with customer service . No apology, nothing. I bit my tongue but honestly I wish I could tell you what I really wanted to say to her.
