HSN reps treat me like a child. BUT wait, I was RIGHT all along. VIZIO 4K TV UPDATE Truck enroute

Ordered 60" Vizio 4k Tv. 7/15/15 via 2 person motor frieght shipment in original invoice

"shipped" 7/21/15 and charges card

Tracking info "Billing info received" UPS Ground (aka NOT motor frieght)

I contact 7/25 wondering why no scans or tracking updates, CS swears and promises the item has shipped.

7/27/15 no tv tracking info still the same "billing info received"

contact CS they swear item has shipped from thier 3rd party that they wont reveal.

contact UPS- UPS confirms no item ever reached them and tells me who the secret 3rd party is. TIGERDIRECT.com aka systemax.com

after I use my detective skills to find all the "secret" info that HSN CS wouldn’t give me—

HSN CS apologized and offers a replacement or refund and a $50 spendable kash

I reply that I just want my new tv. please just overnight to me. the claim thats not possible and that now my replacement order will take 12 days.

so now what? another several weeks for nothing?

CS didn’t believe me that it never shipped so I had to wait for the "estimated delivery date" before they would do anything even though UPS told me they never received the item

This is the worst experience. I feel like the adult being treated like a little kid in those insurance commercials

Update 7/28/15 Shipping company calls to schedule truck delivery for Thursday 7/30

I am so happy its actually coming and not via ups! 🙂 thursday I will update and hopefully confirm my new TV arrived

I tend to separate the people who endorse products from the products they sell. I’m not trying to be rude but maybe try doing this? Especially if you’re seeing results while taking Andrew’s products. I don’t really like Dianne Gilman sometimes but her jeans fit me really well. Same thing goes for Beyonce and her Dereon jeans. I think it’s important to find what works for you but sometimes you have to take the emotions out of it or you miss out on great things you may have otherwise ignored. Dr. Oz, when I started watching him about 5 or 6 years ago because my mom got me into him was mostly not endorsing everything on his show. Now, he is. All his shows have somehow become inconsistent as of late.

I understand that Andrew isn’t a doctor and he’s even said he isn’t. But at the same time, in his presentations and on his blogs he reeks a wealth of knowledge and supplies his viewership with information about what he’s selling. I did get a few things while watching Dr. Oz in terms of skincare and while they were inexpensive I ended up throwing them out because I know how long it takes me to see results when I start using new products. I appreciate being able to learn about how his products work. My PCP that I’ve been going to since I was a child has always told me I should take a multi vitamin. Not specifying what kind to take. Andrew isn’t saying take everything he makes but explains that if you have certain needs or issues what you may want to take.

I’m not an expert by any degree but I hope you take my words into consideration.
