HP notebook 11/6/16

I wish I had read these reviews before buying the HP notebook with lifetime support.  They are all exactly like my experience.  On call with V Tec for a half hour and never got through. Just hung up.  When I went to use the V Tec code to put in my computer devise (that you have to pick) wasn’t there.  Called HP and they said they have full computer service for 90 days. Nothing to do with V Tec.I don’t think I have ever been so frustrated. The only good thing is I purchased this with free return until January 2017.  After this email I am packing the mess back up and sending it back.  Service is the only thing we sell in this country and we do that so poorly (ps looked at where this computer was made and it was China).
