HP Laptop

]New laptop arrived last week. PCmover didn’t work at all…and no support for the product. Laptop is sooo slow…each keystroke takes 3-4 seconds to register. I’m having to go back to my old laptop. So frustrated and mad that I wasted all of this money for these products. Anyone want to buy this laptop from me….the keyboard won’t even light up like the demonstration showed that it would. Not happy.

There are several of us here that could help you, but I don’t understand what you mean by “no support.” Could you explain? And, you should be able to return the laptop as well if you contact CS immediately.
