HP Intel 8gb 2 tb laptop processor

Thanks for trying. Unfortunately HP website says no such thing :/ Guess those who bought this were buying blind like Rafael says-but when is HSN going to discuss ALL features of their computers instead of only colors & how “fast it’s gonna sell out” :/ :/

Frankly, the only thing that impressed me about this computer was the 2 tb hard drive and all of the different color choices they had and the sizes available.  The Pentium processor is below what the Intel i3 is able to give you in performance, the battery not powerful, dts audio which is not very good.  This is why they failed to mention the audio at all during the presentation!  You people need to do your homework and educate yourselves with the different types of processors out there and what you’ll be using the computer for.  Now all of those who purchased one and are not happy with it will end up paying HSN for the return shipping!  Be more careful next time instead of buying impulsevely only because the deal looks great!!

I realize this question pertained to the computer sold yesterday, but….no final answer from anyone at HSN and now all who purchased are just left to wonder WHAT they are getting.  There is NO just general “Intel quad-core” processor on their website-you have to know the number.  Also–exactly WHICH HP model is this?  Pentium?  It doesn’t say, only says HP 15.6……again, HP has names for every model – no generic “15.6/17.3”.  HSN presentations are terribly UNinformative and shallow—should keep in mind that not every purchaser is brand new to computers–the majority of people understand these specs and have the right to know them before purchase!

Yes please someone from HSN answer this–it should have been a a prominent topic during the presentation!
