HP Auto Refill Ink
Whats the point in signing up for the $5.33 per month refill ink if HP doesn’t even send your refill ink. I am typing this as our printer says its out of ink. We don’t use it a lot so it had plenty of time to know it was low on ink.
I feel like we have been ripped off.

, there may be an issue HP can correct, try calling 800-474-6836.

Just make sure your printer is hooked up on-line with HP. If it’s not, they should of sent you an email letting you know to reset it. Also, I’ve had to call their Customer Support a couple of times and they have been above nice and helpful ! If you haven’t called them already, please do, as I’m sure they will be of the utmost help. I’ve been on this for probably over a year and never had this happen. Good Luck in getting it straightened out … once it’s in order… I’m sure you will LOVE it 🙂
