HP 7612 Office Jet multi function wide format printer, and Instant Ink

I got this printer in quite fast. Set it up last night but could not figure out the instant ink. Today took another stab at it. Spent 2 hrs on cust support with HP, and was told firmly by 3 different people that this model is not supported in the Instant Ink program.
But if you go to the item on hsn 480-113

You’ll see the Instant Ink banner ad, as well as (among other places) at 50 seconds into the product video, you see clearly that you get 1 free month of instant ink with the purchase of the printer!
I bought this printer specifically because I know how fast you go through ink doing large documents, and felt that instant ink would solve a lot of my ink issues! Wihtout instant ink, I don’t think this is at all a good deal for me.
Can we please resolve the conflict between what HP (and their website) say, and what HSN says?

, I’m very sorry but it looks like this printer does not support the Instant Ink program. I’ll report this concern and hopefully we can get the page corrected. Let me know if you need assistance with a return if you decide not to keep the printer.
