HP 10 G2 Tablet

HELLO… I just got a new HP tablet for Christmas. I’m a disabled ‘Work at home’ employee. In order for me to work… I need to register my computer/ tablet info, is; processor speed, operating system, RAM space, etc. Unlike a desk top computer, I’m unable go to’control panel to retrieve all the info I need. Please! Can Anyone tell me how to find the info I need?? Thank you ( Anyone)???!!!
