Garmin Nuvi 2597 GPS

Did anyone purchase this as todays special in May? I have had to purchase a wall charger for this to try and charge this because it will not charge in my car. Tried to charge on computer and it tells me that it is an older device and will not charge on usb 3.0 because it is 2.0. Called HSN Customer Service who told me to get on Garmin Support online and now they want me to PAY to talk to customer support. Are you kidding me? I cannot use this product which is brand new never used because I cannot charge it and NO ONE is willing to help me. I will never purchase another electronic product from HSN and I am going to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau. My hubby was diagnosed with cancer shortly after I purchased this to help me get him to his chemo and radiation and I am so disgusted with the support I have received from HSN and Garmin… just a heads up …. I have been a customer of HSN for over 25 years and I guess being out to the tune of $160.00 is lesson learned.
