flexi pay

@djsm33, I was already charged back on the 25th of October for my first flex pays.  Does this mean that all flex pays in the future will stay the same since I haven’t gotten my order yet from 10-21-16?  Still shows in the “Packaging” stage on both orders and no one is answering emails.  I can understand a mild hick-up in the software/shipping process but if you are this far behind, you may want to call in a specialist???  

, your first payment would be made once your order is placed and then completed once the order is shipped.  Following this, each remaining payment would be made every 30 days until the order is paid off.
