what is the difference between the 2? Are both anti-virus as well as clean up the computer?
can both be used in conjuction with a current anti-virus?

, welcome to the HSN Community! The FixMeStick is supposed to work in conjunction with your current anti-virus program. When you get the Vipre they advise you to uninstall your previous anti-virus programs before running. Hopefully some customers who have used these items will come in and share their experience.

When you use the return shipping label HSN deducts the return shipping cost they see from the merchandise you return. A lot of returns can be sent back cheaper if you pay the shipping up front. Then you’ll get a full refund for your return. If the shipping was free you still have to pay one way or the other to ship back.
