Andrew says during his presentations that 20% of his vitamin donations are right in this country – USA.

I don’t believe they would all go to reservations as there is poverty in the USA in many places sadly such as Appalachia and inner citiies. But rest assured Vitamin Angels donations benefit the poor right here at home as well as around the world.
