HI! Heat is one of the BAD triggers for migraines for me! If I get over heated or sit in the summer in the sun blazing on my head I end up SSSIIIIIIIICCCCCKKKKK!!!! SO BAD!! I got one of these and when I go to the beach I sit under an umbrella with one of these when I am not in the water and WHAT a world of difference!!! It even helps to put one around the back of your neck when you are driving on a hot summer day. If heat makes you get headaches I would definitely try a scarf, hat whatever and see how you do! It is definitely worth it! Also the wrist bands may not look cool, but boy are they EVER!! They really help keep from overheating!
