Does anyone know how to screen cast??

Please help… I bought one of the Visual Land tablets(32gb Octa Core) but can’t get it to screen cast with my Samsung 55" smart tv. Do I need to download an app first? Or is there already an app on the tablet. I saw Arron demo it on tv but he didn’t give any advice on how to do it, just that it can be down with this tablet. Please any help would be appreciated.
