Dell Laptop Start Up button issue

We just got our new Dell Inspiron laptop yesterday and this morning, the Start Button just started opening up on it’s own! Can’t figure out how to stop it either. I need some help here. This shouldn’t be happening on a brand new laptop.

I was told a couple of weeks ago that it would be in a couple weeks so I would like to know also.

Someone posted that he’s coming back in September, but I don’t know if that’s correct as he usually shows up in October. But it would be great if he made a surprise visit in September since he did miss one visit that I was expecting with Essential 1. 🙂
