Dell Inspirion 23.8" Touchscreen HD All in One Desktop Lifetime Support

Recently purchased the Dell 23.8″ Touchscreen HD Desktop, Item #490-548, when it was the TS.  Yesterday I registered and installed the free software and registered for the lifetime 24/7 US based  V TEC support.  I used the Office App yesterday and really like it and appreciate not having to buy one separately. 

This morning I was stunned to receive a call from Support noting that I had registered my new HSN computer yesterday and wondering if I had any questions or needed any help yet.  The gentleman who called was extremely polite.  When I relayed that I didn’t have any questions so far he told me to call back anytime for help.  I really, really appreciate that it’s US based and that they called. 

HSN, I know you’ve received complaints about V TEC and I know I haven’t needed help yet but so far I’m super impressed and relieved to know that lifetime assistance is available 24/7.  Thank you!
