Monday had a conversation about no return prepaid Label on the ZTE QUARTZ IPS ANDROID TRAC FONE, If I had known up front that HSN was not paying for the return after phone started acting up the third day . I would not have ordered the phone ” it’s suppose to be about customer service and Conveince . Well 20 miles to a post office ,the line backed out on the sidewalk and 7.98 to return the phone , They made the comment That I would get the 7.98 back on another purchase this is not MOST TV shopping chanels policy you get a full refund including s&h . This has truly taught me a lesson about Hsn and I need to ask are you loosing Customers because you don’t treat people this way , I would like my 7.98 refund returned to me because don’t intend to purchase any other Items from you Your Iman and Joy readers are also on the way back and my refund of cash THat I paid 7.98 should be sent to me in the form of a check and nothing that I could use to spend at your shopping chanel . You were back 20 yrs ago but something went bad and you will loose customers and will fall after enough people quit buying from you
