cable for upconverting 1080p to 4k quality

Hello, I didnlt realize I had to have an USB PORT on my tv to utilize this cable.

Please advise if there any other way of connecting it or I must send it back,

My TV is a Mitsubishi model WD-65731 .

Please advise

The USB cable provides power to the converter, so it will only work with that plugged in as well.
