Bought a Tracfone with one year service and 1200 minutes. Can I activate the phone at a later date?
I bought a Tracfone Sunset with 1 year service and 1200 minutes as a future gift. Will it still activate without a loss of minutes and one year of service if it is not activateed until next year?

The reason I asked is that previous HSN Tracfones where you called a phone number to get activated had a time limit to get bonus minutes added.
