Boost Galaxy J7 question
I got my new Galaxy today. I can’t wait to start using it! I’ve been with Boost for years and I love the Galaxy phones. I have a question tho. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of a real person to answer questions? I just paid Boost yesterday and wonder if there is a way around waiting a month to activate my new phone to get the free month of service. I went to the website; no q & a. I called the # and got a robot. I was hoping someone here has gotten one and can tell me how it works. Thanks :smileyhappy:

By the way , I had ask Lori Leeland what the wallpaper was on the phone advertised. Green palm leaf. I would love to find that somewhere. If anyone knows I will keep checking back. It would make my day. Peace out.

I too had a problem getting 1 month of service. I actually paid too much for the phone I wanted it so bad, $249. Did not get my free month of service. It kills me when it goes on sale for $100 less. But I still love the phone just the same. I could use a break of some sort. Used and abused.

Feeling your pain! I stumbled acroos this number on YouTube and it got me to a real person in Technical Support! He was amazing; ported my # from Virgin Mobile, did the activation (very patient with me) and applied the $35.00 promo credit. Hope it works for you and enjoy the new phone.

I don’t use Boost but can you start a chat with their customer service? If you are already an existing Boost customer have you tried calling whatever number you call if you have zn issue or question?
