Apple Watch Sport "black" model

Has anyone purchased the 42mm Apple Watch Sport in black? And can you verify that it is in fact the space gray model? I spoke with hsn who said that it is shipped from the manufacturer. I talked to Apple and they said that they DO NOT make the sport model in black. I figure that it is in fact the space gray and it can probably look blackish depending on lighting and angle. Just don’t want to get ripped off. Thanks for any and all help
