65 inch curved tv
I ordered a 65 inch curved tv for the Super Bowl. The tv was delivered on January 20th. To my dismay, the screen was cracked. I immediately contacted hsn and was told that they’d send the delivery company back to pick up television. The rep also told me that I’d receive a replacement well before February 1st. Well, I waited to hear from someone, but no one called so I called hsn back. Hsn informed me that they’d send the packing slip so that we could return it. Ok, I waited…nothing. I called hsn and was told that they’d send the delivery company so that they could inspect the tv and return it. They said that they wanted the damaged item returned before sending a replacement so that I wouldn’t have two tvs. I waited a few days again and contacted hsn and requested a supervisor. I was told by the supervisor that someone would come to inspect and pick up the damaged item. Supervisor also said that he’d rush the replacement. Fortunately, it was picked up yesterday and I called today and was put on hold for 15 minutes, which has never happened before, and I asked for a supervisor and the customer service rep said that I’d have to wait another 10 minutes, at least, to speak with one. I called and was told that the delivery would be by feb 11th. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer and received the runaround. I won’t order anything else from hsn.

Hello Janine: I am sorry for your terrible experience with your television… I am very unhappy with my purchase which was a Visio ES LCD television.
Consumer Reports rate Visio as very poor ratings!
When I called HSN customer service who couldnt give me the name of Visio’s number with my issue…I am not happy and I am hoping VISIO will refund me! -
, I’m so sorry to hear about the trouble you had with your order. With large ticket items such as TV’s, we generally do have to wait for the original item to make it back to us before a replacement is able to be shipped. This should have been told to you upfront and I apologize that it wasn’t. I do see that we put a rush on your order however and your new TV will be shipped out prior to the damaged one making it back to us. It’s currently in the warehouse being prepared for shipping and should be on its way shortly.
