Wondering what the excuse is now…

This this time it is the EcoEggs. Why has my order not been shipped yet? I ordered it as the Today’s Special last week on the 27th. The shipping time has gotten horrible with HSN.

I finally got my Ming TS days after Christmas, and had to call into phone customer service to get any compensation for the lie of “you will have it by Christmas”. Even after I saw at least 2 ppl on this message board be compensated all I got was told the new delivery date, and we don’t know why ups has it arriving late.

I no longer want any spendable kash, because I will no longer be spending my money here. And as soon as I pay off my ez-pays I will be closing my account. I do not want to cancel this order, I just want my item I ordered. So the gesture I am looking for here is-

#1 why has it not even shipped yet

#2 any spendable kash offer be made into a credit back to my HSN card

On the Crafters companion diamond press die cutting machine, i heard them say online that they had

the replacement folder/s. I searched and searched, finally called HSN, and they also did the searching and searching, noone knows about having the replacement folders.

I hope they resolve this issue, mine are so warped (and i have used both sides) . I still can die cut, but

it bothers me to have a piece of plastic that is almost bent in half from warping.

HSN, please find out when we can get the replacement/s

, I’m sorry to see this hasn’t shipped yet. I don’t know why your order hasn’t shipped yet but I can see that we are sold out of this item. Please let us know if you don’t get your order by the expected delivery date of 1/6.

I too ordered the EcoEgg. It is still in the packaging phase. I doubt it will arrive

by 1/6.

– Today is the 7th, due to the snow storm (we got 6-8″ snow) my item won’t deliver till Monday th 9th. Now had HSN shipped sooner then a week after I ordered or shipped it ground instead of where it transfers to USPS I would have my Ecoeggs in hand – or in wash as it were.
