When do I get a real tracking number?
HSN sent a ‘tracking’ number that is not related to any carrier. Starting with HSNXXXXXXX.
Does HSN send an actual valid live tracking number when it is picked up by the carrier?
All of the horror stories I’ve read about delivery times has me somewhat apprehensive.

No need to worry, that is a valid tracking number. TV’s are sent out via CEVA shipping, found at http://www.cevalogistics.com/. However, since this has just begun processing there is no updated tracking info there. Please allow more time and then check it later.

Tracking numbers that start with HSN are not valid tracking numbers for the carrier CEVA Logistics that HSN uses for large or oversize items.
You will need the HSN ten digit order number to enter into CEVA’s tracking system to get any results.
The HSNxxxxxxxx number that you are sent isn’t worth the electrons used to type the message.
