VISUAL LAND TABLETS
I purchased 3 of these tablets less than 4 months ago–none of them work–HSN refers me to the manufacturer, even though I purchased the extra protection plan. 2 tablets will no longer charge AT ALL, and the 3rd one is trying to electrocute my sister, with some weird buzzing and noise that stops when she squeezes it…(!)…well, that ain’t right, now, is it?
second, when I checked on Google’s website about the tablets being "google certified"–that’s just a lie….the company that makes these tablets is actually "Digii"–and THEY ARE NOT LISTED AS "Google certified"…
third, when I tried to register the tablet for internet service from a certain provider, I had to give this provider the serial number of the tablet (this is called a variety of acronyms…) the number I got off my tablet came back as unregistered and/or stolen…
these tablets are JUNK, and HSN REFUSED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT…
DO NOT PURCHASE VISUAL LAND PRODUCTS.
is there a customer service rep listening that might wanna help me??? HSN_ERICA helped me before…how about it, HSN? is it really worth all these bad feelings I’m currently having about you?

…can you even believe they are still selling this awful brand?!?
at least, quality, name-brand tablets are now more affordable, and available, to people!
i still tell the horror story that is “VisualLand”…

I wonder if HSN at least a bit worries about their reputation? I had such a bad experience with Visual Land Tablet I bought in August 2014! It brock 3 times, they replaced it first time after I pai $50.00…
It does not work again and Visula Land doesn’t want to do anything with me (warranty is up). How in the world can HSN sell such a low quality crappy merchandise? They should take it off the air!

I am having my own issue with HSN on a printer. HSN-Kyle manager is truely sorry that the product was presented incorrectly, but it seems HSN has no responsibility to correct my problem. So I have to spend another $100 to get what I should have gotten with my $89.95 HP printer great deal. I will be reporting my issue to the BBB, and asking ABC, CBS, and NBC to do a consumer protection investigation segment on how HSN misrepresents there products.
HSN was selling a Tablet last week with 2G of free data a month for the life of the tablet. When I called to check on getting one, found out that it was only 200 megabites of data a month. A hugh difference. The airing was live but no one went out to correct what was being presented. I wonder how many are upset with that purchase?

This helps me, thank you. I was thinking of buying this great deal of a tablet from HSN. Now I think, pay a little more and buy from COSTCO. The return policy and warranty are a lot better. I’m having a
problem with an HP printer I purchased a few months ago from HSN. Now HP and HSN are putting the responsibility for not getting what I purchased on eachother. My feeling is that since HSN advertised it and I purchased from them, they have the responibility of getting me what I paid for. I’ll wait a week and see what happens.

Wow, I bought mine in December of 2012 & have NOT even gotten a chance to use it, so, sounds like I am out of luck!
Oh, dear???

AuntTammy60, your HPP HSN Protection Plan starts after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. The tablets are currently covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as the HSN 30 day return period has expired. Your 1 year manufacturer’s warranty is available to you now and they can be contacted at 1-562-860-2669 (M-F 8 am to 5 pm PST) for warranty assistance.
