In August I moved from Florida to Memphis. I tried placing an order before Christmas — My first since the move. Turns out that HSN won’t let me order anything because at some point in time there was someone who lived in this apartment that didn’t pay their bill and a block was placed on this ADDRESS. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of! I can’t order anything because someone that I don’t even know lived in this appartment before me?!?!?!
I have made phone calls and talked to some of the most unhelpful “customer service reps” on the planet. Each one gave me different information and swore that the person before them, “must have been uninformed”. I have sent emails. I tired going on chat, but was mysteriously disconnected. I have requested call backs, but haven’t received one.
This is so stupid and is no way to treat your customers! I shouldn’t be punished because of some person that I don’t even know!
You need to change this policy! People move!

Hello I know how frustrated and disappointed you’re feeling and I’m sorry you’re having this issue with your new address. I do see that a request was put in for this to be researched for you on 12/21, but because of the holidays it has not yet been completed. I have reached out to our Customer Accounts Department to have this reviewed without any further delay. If someone needs to call you will the phone number on your account be the best one?

Yes! but I”ve asked for calls and no one will call me! I’ve spent the last 20 minutes in chat staring at a screen that says “agent is typing” I seriously doubt they are actually typing!

I told you YES in my earlier reply! If there is nothing anyone else can do for me then what the heck is that agent typing? It doesn’t take this long to type, “we can’t help you!”

I won’t hold my breath or anything! You guys have proven to me that you have horrible customer service and don’t care about your customers at all!
