Very Confused Customer – Account Blocked
Good morning everyone. Just a little confused here. I’ve been placing several orders over the past few weeks getting ready for Christmas. All of a sudden, this morning was placing another order and said "Customer has an account block"
Its almost 3am when I write this so I know I won’t get any direct information right now but I did not know what this means. I am very frustrated and disappointed and hope this can get resolved ASAP!!!!!

My account is blocked and I have no idea why. I didn’t get anyour notification of it. My order was canceled and I was really hoping to get it for Christmas. I’m very upset about this.

I just tried to order, saw I had a block on my account and saw that I had to update my card info. I lost my wallet a while back and had to get new cards and forgot about my flexpays and had one over due. I paid it and updated all my other flexpays to the new card but the block is still there. I don’t know what else to do. Please help!

My account is blocked with no notification and all flex pays are paid. Why and no customer service until the morning?

Whoa. I hope this is not a new trend. Blocking an account without notification concerns me (for others as I have not experienced it so far; knock on wood). How can a customer fix a problem if they do not know it exists? Can CS give some examples as to why an account might be blocked so we can all avoid the issue? Just wondering. . . .

Same thing happend to me. I have barely used my account. Then they blocked me.

Hello. I, too am experiencing the same issue. I did not realize there was an issue with my card and the flex pay was for less than $10. It was paid two or three days ago, from what I understand but I still cannot place orders with my account. It simply states user has an account block. How can I resolve this issue so that I may continue placing orders through hsn?

I am writing because, I am unsure why my account now has a block on it. When i first opened account with hsn i had issues due to being signed into my sisters account when applied for hsn credit got that resolved and then my address was blocked becasue someone in my duplex owed hsn money so i spoke to that person they called and paid there balance so i was able to finally make my order. They were approved being processed and packaged and a couple items actually shipped. Waiting to receive my products i track the shipment and it says sender requested the item to be returned. I dont understand what is going on. My hsn credit account has been charged for product I spoke to verification department they told me my account is permantly locked what does that mean and how come not single person contacted me about this. So now i am just blocked??? Confused upset and irrated. I spoke to hsn credit and was assured it was not on there end. So i want to know what happened and how can your company do this. I am a customer did nothing wrong but,do as your company asked and then this happens. Treated with no respect every rep. I talked to told me to contact someone else nobody will tell me why or what happened.

Like others have experienced hsn have one of the worst customer courtesy ever. Instead of sending an email telling you to update your credit card hsn just blocks your account like you’re a criminal trying to evade paying your flex pays. I’ve been a customer many years and have spent thousands of dollars, but Hsn can’t even spare a courtesy email for their customers. I will stop making purchases here.

Hi,I’m writing here because my account has been blocked,i was trying to buy some Andrew Lessman meal replacement and i can’t 🙁 i have wrote to customer service over 8 months ago and i got nothing,not a letter not a phone call. I like Andrew Lessmans products and I’m upset that i have been blocked, i have never had this problem with Qvc. I would like for someone to fix this so i can order. Thanks

Check your flex pay manager… I recently had a new card sent by Bank of America with a chip and they also changed the number… I hadn’t realized it and became past due on my flex pays for the month.
