UPS RETURN
Using an HSN return label I brought a package to UPS and just noticed I was charged $10.50 to return a 6 lb. box and nowhere can I find that the return rates were increased. Perhaps you can direct me to what I’m missing. This will dramatically impact the Items I purchase because of the possibility they would have to be returned for whatever reason. When was this increase put into effect????? I’ll be waiting for your response, thank you..
