UPS delivery lost in transit–help please
Order #1396430423, has been shown as not arriving mid shipment at a UPS facility for over a week. At what point does HSN need to be asked to institurte a search or re-send me the product I have been charged for?

I’m very sorry to see this hasn’t arrived yet. It looks like we don’t currently have any inventory available to send out a replacement on this so I issued a refund and notified UPS of the issue. I also refunded the $35.00 kash you had used back into your account. If this happens to show up during the UPS investigation, please let us know.
