Totally Frustrated
I waited on hold 20 minutes for the lady to say she was looking into the matter only to be hung up on, not once, but twice!!!!!!! I bought a Dell laptop flex pay the 90 plus dollars was authorized and then a few hours later the order canceled. No explanation, not anything. Nor is the money released and I work at a very large bank in the credit card operations department and understand how holds work. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately it seems that we weren’t able to offer FlexPay on the order for some reason and our Flexpay Department cancelled the order due to this. For more information regarding the decision, you can reach them at 800-879-2559 (8 AM to 5 PM EST). Due to the order being cancelled, a reverse authorization will be sent to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the order. You should see the hold fall off your card within the next 3 business days.
