HI KIM, I HAVE A CONCERN ABOUT THE PROGRAM GUIDE. A FEW MONTHS BACK I ASKED TO BE MAILED PROGRAM GUIDES. I RECEIVED THE FIRST GUIDE BUT I DIDN’T REALIZE THAT I WOULD NO LONGER BE RECEIVING MY HSN DAILY EMAILS.
I HAVE WRITTEN HSN SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT NO LONGER RECEIVING MY HSN DAILY EMAILS AND FAVORITES ON SALE. AFTER MANY TRIES AND PHONES CALLS, A WOMAN TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT SOMEONE TOOK ME OFF THE LIST TO RECEIVE EMAILS. THAT WAS WEEKS AGO. I TOLD HER I NO LONGER NEEDED THE MAILING OF PROGRAM GUIDES AND TO START SENDING THE EMAILS AGAIN. I WAS ASSURED SHE WOULD DO THAT. HOWEVER, IT IS WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO HSN EMAILS. WHY?
SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. PLEASE TRY TO GET MY HSN EMAILS STARTED AGAIN.
