Still No Call Back From Customer Service After 4 1/2 Hours!

Wow, ?!  I can’t imagine! My 8 year old grandson would be so scared.

One time he and I were in the drive-thru at Taco Bell. He was in the back seat.

I pulled up to order & he started screaming bloody-murder! I turned around & couldn’t figure out what he was screaming about. Turns out there was a *little* spider on the seat right in front of him.   lol

That reminds me of Woody Allen’s line in Annie Hall about the shower, “There’s a spider in there the size of a Buick!” (Hope I got it right.)

I had ordered a Perlier Honey Gold bath cream, and it arrived at my work and it was leaking. About half the product filled the plastic bag that was around the gift box. I called customer service, and was sent out another one with instructions that a shipping label would be mailed to me to send back the damaged one via UPS. That was over 2 weeks ago, never did get the label. Today the other one arrived, and it too was leaking, but I was able to get the top screwed back on before too much of it leaked out. Meanwhile the first one has all of the bath gel leaked out and I had to double bag it, but you can still smell it all over the waiting room of the office where I work! I was going to hold it there for the shipping label that has never arrived. 

Thanks so much. I have gotten lots of products from Perlier, and this is the first time this has happened, and it’s so weird that it happened again! Usually I get the deliveries at my PO box, but for some reason these had to come to a physical address, and my boss lets me use my work to have stuff delivered. UPS gives a whole new meaning to “drop ship” – We’ll drop it (off a 3 story building) and then ship it to you. 😉 Appreciate your help.
