Spendable Kash

I purchased a couple of guitars in sept 2016 on sale and was purchasing them for b-day gifts and put them on easy pay. When i ordered i asked if my gifts were not what they wanted could i return them for a refund and i was told i could that i had a 30 days after paid for. Jan of 2017 would have been my last pymnt on them but i returned them in dec of 2016 and now i cant get my money back. They said all i could get was in spendable cash which i do not want to do. I want my money returned. Ty Darrellbinkley

If you click on your Account, and then on Spendable Kash, it will tell you the date you have to use it by.  Be aware that it goes away at midnight (12:01 am) on that day, so you really have to use it by the day before.
