Shipping has not improved
Shipping has not improved at all and it is taking way too long to receive packages. I have been waiting 10 days for my last order to ship and it’s still in packaging. How are we supposed to trust HSN with our orders if we have no idea when we will receive them? HSN needs to take lessons from the other shopping networks in regards to customer service. I will not order anything else from HSN because I don’t have time to wait forever for my deliveries. There are too many other places to shop!

Hi , try these instructions for the magazine refund: Print and fill out the refund form, write “Good Housekeeping Magazine Refund” on a copy of your purchase confirmation and mail both documents within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to: Hearst Magazines Special Programs-HSN, PO Box 6070, Harlan, IA 51593-1570. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be mailed to you. The refund will be in the amount of $8.
