Serious Skincare Microcurrent EGG
I bought one several months ago and had not used it until recently. It will not work. I changed the battery and still not working. I used it only once before. If you could see it you would be able to see it is still just like new. I still have two full tubes of the gel with only a tad bit out of one tube.The screen works but the intensity buttons do not work and no current even with the gel. What could be wrong? I will soon be 67 yrs old and really need to use it on my jaw line. Any advice? Thank you

I have this item and the wires inside one side of the eggs had come loose. My electrician fixed it when he came to fix a light switch. ?? I’m sure a handy man could put the wires back in place for you.
