Review process

I have noticed when I order an item I will receive an email asking me to review that product. If it is a beauty item such as a new serum or cream I am unable to fairly review the product until I’ve had a chance to use it for at least 30 days. Why so soon in asking for a review? Not a life altering question; just found it odd.
