Ms/Mr. On 5/13 I ordered #***..viper security. For various reasons I did not install until last week. Read reviews that it caused problems with win 10. I have win 7 so I installed it. My computer crashed Smiley Sad I was able to uninstall it.. I apologize for being so tardy but wonder if I could return it. If you want to issue a credit that would be fine. I still have the return info. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Kay ***

, I see you’re new to the Community. Welcome and come back often. I checked your order and see it shipped directly from the manufacturer May 2016. I’m sorry, I’m unable to arrange a return for a credit refund now.
