I returned an item back in January. My refund should have been $95.70. Instead I was only refunded $29.00. The same thing happened when I sent back another item in February. I should have received a refund of $65.97, but I have only received $19.99. Where is the rest of my refund for these two items?

I think you are referring to the coupon right below this post which is $10 off of a $30 purchase. You can have one item or multiple items when you check out. It is not $10 off each item.
