Request for return credit
The Joy & Iman bag I bought last month isn’t holding up. The piece that holds the credit cards separated from the back of the lining. I’ll be returning it for a refund and would like to receive credit for return shipping.

, I’m sorry to see you have to return your order. Just use the prepaid label included with the order and you won’t be charged for the return.
