Refund Return Shipping for item Stained??

Will HSB reimburse for return shipping for an item that has been received soiled (with stains on it)? I don’t believe we should be charged a return fee if an item is received like this. Very unacceptable. Sent two emails to Customer Service and have not received a reply. Can’t seem to find any topic on Q&A regarding this type of issue. Please advise. Thank you.

LadyL4, you should never have to pay to return defective or damaged merchandise. Please let me know if you need assistance with a return.
