Recent order size change before shipping

, I’m not able to change your order for 497-181 to size L ORCHID. We have loads available so I suggest that you cancel and place a new order today, before it processes at midnight ET. You can do this on your HSN account online.  

HSN doesn’t actually charge you UNTIL the product has been shipped. They all do this… Evine, the Q, Roaman’s.

When you place your Order, these companies want to authenticate that your Bank has the funds to cover the purchase. Why? Because you’re using your Bank Account to pay, (usually thru a Debit Card), not a Credit Card. Once that’s authenticated, the ‘seeming’ charge is reveresed.

As Kyle said, your Items are being ‘prepared for shipment’. When the product actually ships, THAT is when your Bank Account will be charged.

, I’m not sure why you’re showing the charges as being reversed on your bank account as I’ve checked your orders and am not showing them as cancelled.  At this time, they’re both in our warehouse being prepared for shipping and should be arriving to you no later than 02/05/2016.
