Price match
Hello, I purchased a jacket on 12/1 for $19.95 and it has now dropped to $9.95. Can I please get the difference returned, as per your price match guarantee? The order and item number are below. Thank you

, I applied a $10 Price Guarantee refund to your card. The credit should appear within 3 business days.

? Thanks so much for all your help.
I’m so thankful for all the helpful people here! 🙂
I’ll have to wait til another day to place an order, but that’s okay, there will be more opportunities in the future. And here’s “hoping” I can do the Visa-Checkout next time. 🙂

Hi ?, CS can’t credit a purchase that has gone beyond the “processing” stage. Try using it on something else. I know money can be an issue and another purchase may not be in the budget but if you can, use it asap before the promotion reaches it’s limit which can happen at any time.
Also remember it’s a multi item purchase meaning it must be 2 or more qualifying items.
Good luck, and at least you sorted out the issue with linking your bank card for future Visa Checkout offers.

? Thanks for helping, I appreciate it so much. Please help a little more if you can.
My order was for vitamins, which were on sale, and yesterday was the last day for the sale.
So I had to place my order yesterday, or I would have missed the sale prices + Free Shipping.
Because I wasn’t able to use the Visa-CheckOut, I didn’t get the $20. off.
So here’s my question: Can HSN now credit my order for $20. off? Or is it too late?
Also, and I think this is important, I went to my bank’s webpage today, and saw a message asking me if I wanted to “link” my Bank Credit Card to my Visa-CheckOut Account. I had already done that when I created my Visa-CheckOut Account. But because my bank was prompting me to link them, I clicked “yes” to link them and got a confirmation email from Visa-CheckOut that they were now linked.
Long story, short, I’m thinking that might be why I wasn’t able to use the Visa-CheckOut yesterday, because it wasn’t “linked” to my Bank Card.

?, I see you smiled at my suggestion so let me know how it goes.

? Great advice! That’s what worked for me.
? I hope u tried again and got a friendly and helpful agent to assist u. If someone won’t help me, I will work w a different agent. If it comes down to it, I will ask for a supervisor.

? The coupon offer is now on the HSN homepage so it’s very public.
Call CS and ask them to help you with it and if that’s an issue then ask them to put the $20 in Spendable Kash and ask them / let them do the transaction for you. If that’s still an issue tell them the offer has been on the HSN homepage for a few days and you saw it just like everyone else.
They aren’t likely to just give you Spendable Kash so you can use it on whatever and whenever so give them the item #’s etc. and they should do it for you.
You can only use the coupon # once so they should be able to note your account as having used that coupon # already after the transaction they are doing for you using the Spendable Kash goes through that way they are assured you won’t try to use the coupon again.
Also don’t cancel the order just to get the Kash back in your account for something else.
Here is the image when you type in Visa checkout in the search bar. Hope this helps.

? I would call CS again, tell them you will only purchase the item using “Visa checkout” and let them handle it from there plain and simple. Most of HSN’s “CS” reps are very friendly and willing to help. Sorry you had a bad experience from one. Can’t hurt to try one more time. Good luck.:womanhappy:

I do appreciate everyone’s commentary! Celabro, the comments have left out name’s when it comes to negative references so that’s at least a positive! Thanks for noticing though… 🙂

you just couldn’t keep it positive.
