Price drop adjustment
Item # 494-495 has dropped in price.
I bought one set on February 3 & two more sets on February 16. Can I get a refund please? Thanks!

Velvet, thanks for mentioning that your favorites aren’t always working properly. I just noticed that a couple of mine are missing. I’ll wait a few days to see if they reappear and if not will mention it. It could be that the techs are working on the website. They usually do just before Christmas so that we start anew around the first of the year.

Just fyi…when you get spendable Kash back or when you win an amount with Spendable Kash then you order something and it doesn’t work and you have to return it…you won’t get that cash back as a refund in any way at all.
Happened to me and I was told HSN doesn’t refund spendable kash on items returned.
Just a heads up.

I discovered an item I purchased was $30 off. However, the item was past the 30 days mark. But you know what? They gave me the refund anyways! HSN customer service ROCKS!

Dear IamShortDiva – if everyone would just keep their purchases on their ‘wish list’ they would be alerted to price reductions. Hopefully, within the 30 day window customers can re-coup some $$. I love when a CS tells me I have a year to spend the ‘spendable cash,’ I just reply this will be spent in a matter of hours. LOL Happy New Year to ya.

I have been buying from HSN for a few years now. And I turned my sister & a couple of my friends On to HSN. I buy way more than they do, They get coupons in the mail, I don’t. They get e-mails with codes with a percentage off. I don’t…but I would like a surprise in the mail & my e-mails too
